what is the mounting bolt hole spacing for the 337P45AC6, 45 ton, 6 hole pintle hitch.

The mounting holes for the Buyers Products 45 Ton 6-Hole Air Compensated Pintle Hook # 337P45AC6 are spread 5" apart horizontally. The bottom 2 holes are spread 2-1/8" vertically while the top 2 holes are spread 2-3/8" vertically. I have included a picture with all these measurements.
