Question:
hi: Have a TST 507 with cap sensors that I purchased fromyou. when i tried turning the sensor it appears as if the entire tire valve stem moves. am i supposed to hold the valve stem with a tool while unscrewing the sensor cap?

Expert Reply:
The sensors of the TST TPMS for RVs # TST-507-RV-4-C that you referenced thread on just like a standard valve stem. If your valve stem is rotating with the sensor as you attempt to take them off that would indicate a problem with the valve stem. If your valve stems are bad we do have replacements with the part # AM20906.
