Your seal is a bit different than what we currently offer, but I may have a solution for you still. In the pictures you provided it looks like you have a wiper seal that has a fold over bulb seal, but it also looks like you have a second bulb seal since there's feet on the backside of it to slide into a track. It looks like your seals were stuck on with a glue/double sided tape and some screws.

Starting with the wiper seal you can use part # SR96FR. It has an adhesive backing to stick to the wall of the trailer just your previous one but I would still shoot a few screws in it to secure it to the wall since wiper seals get pulled on pretty good when the slide out is retracting. You can use some sealant over the top of the screws to help prevent any water from leaking in through them. I would make sure to overlap the side wiper seals completely at the top so nothing gets behind them.

From there you can add on a bulb seal like part # CS85FR on top of the wiper seal. This also has an adhesive backing but I would still use a few screws to mount it in place.
