Will this replace my seal on my 2012 Keystone QBS32 slide out?

Based on the picture you provided the Rubber Wiper Seal and Bulb for RV Slide Out # SR98FR is not the same design. It looks like you have a wiper seal in there and that the bulb seal is slid into a track or glued on either on or above the wiper seal. That being said you can still use the # SR98FR to replace it, just make sure the length of the wiper seal is 2-1/8 or close to it so that you don't end up getting a seal that's too small and doesn't make contact with the slide out.

This seal has an adhesive backing but I recommend using a few screws to help secure it in place. Due to the design of the bulb I only recommend using this style on the top as bulb can fall away if paced on the sides or bottom.

When it comes to slide-out seals there really isn't a one size or style that fits all and there's typically not an exact match to the OEM design. As long as you're able to properly mount it to the wall of the trailer and it makes contact to the slide-out the style really isn't important so you can mix/match to make it work.

For the sides I'd recommend a style like the # SR99FR where you can slide on a bulb seal like # SR84FR and secure both with some screws. You'll want the top to overlap the sides just like it does in your picture to prevent water from getting in.
