In regards to a trailer tire like the Provider ST235/80R16 Radial Trailer Tire part # PRG80235, we must always recommend filling the tire to the max psi listed on the sidewall, no exceptions. The max psi listed on the sidewall for this tire is 110 psi so that is what we must recommend. This takes into consideration both ambient temperature, weight capacity, speed rating, and more.

If you have a different tire than the above, you will simply need to look on your tire for the max psi and adjust the pressure inside said tire accordingly. The max psi should be located on the sidewall of the tire, usually around where the load range rating is listed.
