The recommended/max pressure for the Westlake ST235/80R16 Load Range G part # WE76FR is 110 psi. With trailer tires like this it is important to always run the max psi to ensure you don't reduce your weight capacity and/or create excessive heat build up.
So for this tire you'd inflate it to 110 psi when cold and any normal pressure fluctuations would be totally fine as long as you weren't exceeding the weight capacity of the tire as well as the speed rating of 75 mph.
