Can this hitch be purchased without the 2-Ball Mounts? Also, can this receiver be used with a BlueOx Apollo Tow Bar? Thank you.

Yes, you can use the Gen-Y Adjustable 2-Ball Mount w/ Stacked Receivers item # 325-GH-1925 with your Blue Ox Apollo Non-Binding Tow Bar - 2-1/2" Hitch item # BX7470. However, it is not available without the 2-Ball mounts. This ball mount has a 32,000 lbs towing capacity.

If you are going to be using this ball mount to mount a bike rack I recommend the Gen-Y Iron Grip Anti-Rattle Hitch Pin item # GY99FR. This pin will fit your 2-1/2" receiver and 2" hitch using a Adapter/Reducer like # 325-GH-007. This set up will allow you to mount 2" accessories in the Gen-Y item # 325-GH-1925.
