The Curt Multipurpose Ball Mount with 2" Receiver for Bike Racks and Cargo Carriers - 7,500 lbs # D210 will work with a 3 inch receiver when you use the Curt Reducer # C45408.

If you need more adjustability to tow level, then the best option is the Gen-Y Adjustable 2-Ball Mount w/ Stacked Receivers for 3" Hitch - 12" Drop/Rise - 32K # 325-GH-1725 or the 9 inch drop/rise # 325-GH-1724. These assemblies offer stacked receivers that you can use bike racks or other accessories in. This will be a much stronger and better fit.

The Saris SuperClamp EX 4 Bike Platform Rack - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount - Tilting # SA4026F can work with the Curt # D210. You will simply need to account for the length of the carrier which is 46 inches from the center of the hitch pin location on the bike rack to the farthest point of the rack. If you have a long pole tongue trailer, that could work fine. If you don't have a long trailer coupler, then you will want to measure to ensure the compatibility as you could have clearance issues. The farthest edge of this rack when folded up is 20 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole, so you may also want to consider that.
