What Is Needed To Convert 12v DC Power To 110v AC Power

Can this 60 amp unit using just the battery produce 110volts ac when not on shore power?

To find the correct size inverter you'll need to figure out the the wattage draw for the items you're planning on powering. The # PD64FR I referenced above is more of a permanent installation and does require a bit of work but there are also other options available that can require little work to install like the Go Power Industrial Pure Sine Wave Inverter - GFCI - 2,000 Watt - 12V # 34278156. This style would only allow you to plug appliances/tools/etc. into it to power them whereas the # PD64FR would wire to circuit breakers to power multiple things.
