Front Mount Trailer Hitch Fitment on 2022 Ford F-150 with Deployable Air Dam

Question:
I have a 2022 F150 with the deployable air dam. If I remove the portion of the air dam and the motors that move, can I install the Kurt or draw tight front hitch?

Expert Reply:
The Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # 65067 will actually work with the auto deploying air dam on your 2022 Ford F-150, although there is some trimming of the air dam and the reinforcement bracket to get it installed (see attached photo from linked instructions).
I'm also attaching an installation video of this hitch on a 2018 F-150 for you to check out.
