I have a Atwood 94022 Combination Gas/Electric Water Heater - 10 Gallon, LP/Electric, is there a replacement for it preferably on demand

You could use the Furrion RV tankless water heater part # FR48SR in place of the Atwood 94022 that you have now for an on-demand water heater that would never run out of hot water.
