Question:

I have a ‘22 HD RAM 2500 with factory air suspension. I have a Truck Camper that weighs about 1700 lbs. The first time I mounted the camper and drove I was shocked at the amount of body roll I experienced. I considered adding a supplemental air suspension which I had done to my previous pickups and that fixed the problem. Unfortunately no one makes an air suspension system for my vehicle with factory air suspension. I am considering the Timbren 2500D and if that doesn’t do the trick I’ll add the larger sway bar RM-1129-135. Do I have the correct part numbers and will these work for my factory air suspension? Thank You!!

Yes, The Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TDR2500D will fit your 2022 RAM 2500 with factory air suspension. The Roadmaster Sway Bar # RM-1129-135 will not.

The Timbrens will give you up to an additional 8,600 pounds of suspension support. These springs act like shock absorbers, taking the brunt of bumps and rough roads. Using these springs will not exceed the vehicle's weight-carrying capacity.
