Correct Replacement Arm and Motor for Solera Smart Arm 12V Power RV Awning

Question:
Last year i bought a new awning from you and it worked great until this June. The motor just quick working and we had a big wind and it didnt roll the awning back up and broke one of the arms. I had to roll it back up manually. It now will not roll out as the motor is dead. Just need pointed in the right direction.

The correct replacement pitch arm assembly for the Solera Smart Arm 12V Power RV Awnings is the Replacement Pitch Arm Assembly part # LC375994. The correct replacement motor for the Solera Smart Arm 12V Power RV Awnings is the Solera Power Awning Drive Head part # LC273478.
