Question:
I am thinking about doing this conversion over the winter. Would the TASR7KS01 axle be the unit I would want for my 2006 Keystone Montana? I realize my Montana currently only has 6k axles but theses would work as an upgrade yes? I am needing brakes to, so finishing the job with some Dexter 7k self adjusters would mate up to this axle conversion properly correct?

The Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System part # TASR7KS01 would work great on a Keystone Montana. It's going to improve the ride quality without question, both on and off-road. The built-in alignment will help save your tires from issues like uneven wear and it will make upkeep with the trailer much more manageable so no replacing the flattened leaf springs every few years. In regards to capacity, this may be a bit of an upgrade just keep in mind there are other factors that going into the weight capacity of a trailer so just because you upgrade the axles does not always mean you can carry more. That said, they will still physically fit and work great for you.
In order to complete the setup you'll also need the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit part # 23-464-465 and Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly part # 42866UC3-EZ.
