All of the shackle straps we sell are for 9/16" bolts and you can't interchange those with 5/8" bolts so unfortunately we don't have any replacements for you without you needing to upgrade your wet bolts and possibly hangers and leaf springs on your trailer.

If you aren't able to find any that you like I'd be more than happy to help you find a complete replacement parts list for your application.

If that's the case then the MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit for Tandem Axle Trailers # MR46ZR will be compatible with your setup! The shackles are 1/2" thick and measure 2-1/4" from center eye to center eye so you do want to double check that the length is correct. Wet bolts don't have a weight rating and they can be used for any leaf spring application they fit so this kit won't have any issues with your 4,600 lb GVWR trailer.
