Hello, What is the difference between Hollywood Racks Item # HLY84FR and HR1450Z? One is cheaper but they both look identical. I am looking to haul a Aventon Adventure and a Haibike Fat 6. Thanks.

There are a couple differences between the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack item # HLY84FR and the Sport Rider SE2 item # HR1450Z. The main difference is capacity and also tire width of the cradles.

The Sport Rider SE item # HLY84FR has an 80 lbs capacity per bike and can handle tires up to 5" wide.

The Sport Rider SE2 item # HR1450Z only has a 50 lbs capacity per bike and has a narrower tire cradle that maxes out at 3" wide tires.

It looks like your Aventon Adventure weighs 74 lbs and your Haibike Fat 6 has a tire width of 4". With this in mind I highly recommend the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack item # HLY84FR.

This rack weighs 54 lbs, fits a 2" receiver, and has a tilt down function that allows you to access your trunk or cargo area with the bikes on or off the ramp.
