Will this guide on work on the c e smith 14 foot multi sport trailer I recently purchased ?

Yes, you can use the CE Smith Post-Style Guide-Ons for Boat Trailers # CE27620 on your Multi Sport Trailer # CE48870. There won't be any clearance to attach them to the frame between the light and the fender, but they can be installed on the rear crossmember. See the attached picture.
