Question:

It is mounted in a chevy and I want to put it in my F250 that has the base already installed, factory puck system. The curt a20 with r20 base.

Since you have the Curt A20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ R20 Slider item # C16541 you will want the Adapter Rails for Curt 5th Wheel Hitch item # C88KR. This will adapt the Curt A20 that mounts to industry standard rails to fit in your Ford Factory Puck System. I have linked an installation video below. This will only work if you are currently using industry standard rails.

If your Curt A20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch that you are taking from your Chevy truck was mounted using the GM puck system you will need the Curt 5th Wheel Round Tube Slider for Ford Super Duty Towing Prep Package item # C16020. This will allow you to remove the A20 head and mount it in a slider base that will install in the Ford Towing Prep Package.
