Yes, the Fastway shank part # FA92-02-4100 that you referenced is compatible with all of the Equal-i-zer weight distribution systems including your # EQ37120ET. Fastway and Equal-i-zer are actually made by the same company but the shanks of most WD systems are all interchangeable between brands.
