Can You Switch From Crystals to Logs on Furrion 30" RV Electric Fireplace

Question:
We just bought a new Outback travel trailer with your fireplace with crystals. Is it possible to replace the crystals with logs or exchange the fireplace for one with logs? We are not a fan of the crystals. Thank you …

The Furrion 30" RV Electric Fireplace is offered with both logs as part # F30SW15ABL or crystals as part # FF30SC15ABL, There is no way to switch from crystals to logs or vice versa without replacing the entire fireplace unfortunately.
