Can the LockNLoad SL Adapter Be Used on Yakima BaseLine Towers

I have a set of 4 baseline towers. I understand the difference between them is the roof mounting, 1 uses bases with clips and other attaches to fixed mount, tracks. so if thats the only difference, can I mount a lockNload platform directly to the baseline towers with sl adapters like the skyline towers ?

Unfortunately no, the LockNLoad SL Adapter for Yakima SkyLine and TimberLine Towers # Y05042 will not work with the Yakima Baseline towers.
To get a Yakima LockNLoad platform on your Baseline Towers for your 2016 Chevrolet Silverado you would need to first install crossbars.
- Yakima JetStream Crossbars # Y00426
You could then use one of the Yakima LockNLoad platform racks for crossbars which will attach to crossbars instead of directly to the towers.
