Yes, The Wiring and Safety Chain Extension Kit # PR34QR will work with your Hensley hitch per the manufacturer.
This kit will help you if your chains and cables do not extend 24 inches past the end of the hitch box. The working load of the chains is 15,800 pounds.
The 7-way extension that is included in this kit is 18 inches long.
