Question:
I have a fast way e 2 weight distribution system with 800 lb bars. My vehicle still sags, not badly but it’s noticeable. Will exchanging the 800 lb bars for 1000 lb bars likely help?

To determine if you have the correct weight distribution bars for your Fastway e2 Weight Distribution # FA94-00-0800 you will need to find the exact tongue weight of your trailer. A Tongue Weight Scale # e99044 is the best way to find your tongue weight on your trailer. Your current 8,000lb Spring Bars # FA94-02-0899 are rated for a tongue weight of 400-800lbs. You can change these for 2 of the 10,000lb Spring Bar # FA94-02-1099 for a tongue weight of 600-1,000lbs.
If your tongue weight is correct you will need to determine if the sag you have is caused by the hitch being out of adjustment and more load is needed on the bars to level your vehicle. Or if the sag is caused by additional gear placed in your bed or storage area. If this is the case some suspension enhancement would help to level your suspension.
