Helpful Expert Reply:
The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 76021 and T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # 118651 are both confirmed fits for a 2021 Jeep Renegade and excellent options at that. The hitch features a mostly bolt-on install and provides a 2" opening. It no longer uses the anti-rattle j-pin nor do any of the Draw-Tite hitches produced currently. In regards to the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness, this is indeed a plug-in-play install which installs inside the vehicle while not being used.
