Question:

Do you have an anti-rattle threaded hitch bolt that would work with the Lola Dart cargo tray? Doesnt need to be locking.

I have a few solutions for you, however, the discontinued Rola Dart cargo carrier used a specific threaded hitch bolt which is not available anymore. In the past, Rola confirmed with me that the threading can either be 7/16"-14 or 5/8"-11, so you could try to match up a bolt at a local hardware store to replace the original bolt.

Another solution would be to drill out / remove the nut inside the Rola's shank and then use the universal Anti-Rattle Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2" Hitches # 63232. This would be a good solution if you are handy with that sort of thing.

A final solution would be to find a small bolt or padlock to fit the hitch pin hole, and then use a separate anti-rattle device such as Brophy Stabilizer Bracket for 2" Hitch Receiver # RHSB. This device clamps onto the shank so it doesn't have anything to do with the hitch pin bolt. I attached demonstration videos for you to check out; I hope this helps!
