My northern breeze vent screen has 4 ears that you push into the slot then turn to lock. Not sure model number. Do they still make something like that?

I believe the part you're referring to has to do with the Ventline Northern Breeze V2525, which is no longer available.
With that being said since the replacement bug screen you're needing is no longer available your options are going to be limited.
It also might be a good idea to upgrade your older unit with a newer unit like the:
-Ventline Ventadome Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan # V2119-601-00.
This vent features a 12V fan, a power lid, a wall remote switch that provides convenient operation, and is made in the USA.
Additionally, you are going to need the screws, sealant, and butyl tape to complete installation. You can get this all in a kit with the Roof Vent Installation Kit # 344270KITW.
