Will this work with a retrax pro xr bed cover that has the trax rail t slot system?

I have an alternate option for you. But no, the Rhino-Rack Roof Rack for Thule and Yakima Tracks # Y01-120B-NT would not work with a Retrax cover with the t-slot system.

If your Retrax XR Series Tonneau Cover is on a compact or mid-size truck, you will want to use the Rhino-Rack Vortex Crossbar System for Retrax XR Series Tonneau Covers # RRVA165B-RRRLT600.

If your Retrax XR Series Tonneau Cover is on a full size truck, you will want to use the Rhino-Rack Vortex Crossbar System for Retrax XR Series Tonneau Covers # RRVA180B-RRRLT600.
