What are the dimensions of this mounting bracket? Or more specifically, how high off the roof would the solar panel be?

I went out to our warehouse and measured the Replacement Mounting Hardware for Go Power Rigid Solar Panels # 34272708 like you're requesting, and measured:

-1-3/8" for the length side to side of the bracket.

-1-1/8" for the height,

-2" for width, and the screw holes measure 1" on center with a diameter of 3/16".

So affectively the solar panel would be mounted 1-1/8" above your trailer.
