Question:
I am adding a go power 190 watt solar panel to an existing go power 190 watt solar panel that has the 30 amp go power controller should the panels be wired in parallel? This is on a 2022 Jayco 22bh that came with a 190 watt system installed? If this is the case what connectors do I need or not need for hook up Regards

Expert Reply:
Solar panels aren't wired like that, they use connectors to plug into the controller, so you won't have to do any wiring at all in order to add another 200 watt panel to your current system, the Go Power Overlander Solar Charging System with Digital Solar Controller - 200 Watt Solar Panel # 34282181.
All you need is the expansion kit, which comes with the necessary MC4 branch connectors, and the 200 watt kit is the Go Power Overlander Expansion Kit - 200 Watt Solar Panel # 34282182.
