I took a look at your Thule Cascade XT Cargo Carrier, and was able to determine that it weighs 36-lbs, and, will work great with the Malone VersaRail Universal Crossbars!
If you need replacement mounting hardware for your Cascade Cargo Carrier, you can use the:
-Replacement QM3 # TH04997.
This kit includes 4 Sets of Quick-Mount brackets, 8 Foam pads, 8 Standard length bolts, 8 Lock washers, 8 Hand knobs, 15 Round stickers, and 2 Tie-down straps.
