Thank you for the photos! I have a few options for your 2021 Highland Ridge Mesa Ridge 284RLS and it really just depends on what you're looking to get out of the lift kit vs price.

It looks like your 2021 Highland Ridge Mesa Ridge 284RLS has 5,200 lb axles with a 3" diameter which means you can use the Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit # K71-385-00 as a cost-effective option but this raises your trailer the height of your leaf spring stack as well as the height of your axle so you're looking at over 3" with this one.

We also have the Tandem Axle Correct Track Trailer Alignment and Lift Kit # RR23QX which can lift your axles 1-1/4" or 2-1/4" depending on the setting. This gives you more of the height setting you're asking about but it's a bit more pricey than the conversion kit I mentioned above.
