Replacement Cover for etrailer and Ram Electric A-Frame Jacks Removal and Installation

Question:

I need to replace the entire plastic housing on my Ram 3500lb tongue jack and can’t seem to find a video beyond taking the 3 screws out of the top and two from the underside…help

When replacing the housing on your Electric Jack w/ Footplate # EJ-3520-BBX with the Replacement Cover for etrailer and Ram Electric A-Frame Jacks # EJ-3520-BCV, once you remove the screws from the top and bottom the cover should be able to be separated at the seam towards the middle of the housing.

I have included a picture showing the two parts separated. You would then need lift the top portion of the cover and remove the inside components to swap the old cover for the new replacement cover.
