What are the torque specs for the brake backing plate?

According to Dexter, the torque should be between 25-50 ft. lbs. when installing the # 23-180-181.
If you don't already have mounting hardware you'll need the Mounting Bolts and Hardware for 12" Brake Assemblies # BRKH12.
