I am wondering if these will work with my 2013 Chevy silverado with a 3 inch lift in the rear? TGMRTT15S

Yes they sure will; you'll simply need spacers to accommodate for the 3 inch lift on your 2013 Chevy Silverado 1500. The spacers are 1 inch, so you'll need three of them along with the Timbrens. The correct parts for your truck are the following:
