Keeping Bolts From Spinning Installing B&W Gooseneck in 2012 Chevy Silverado

Question:

Hello I have this B&W gooseneck from you and when I try to torque down the bolts in the frame they end up just spinning in the bolt holders. How do I keep them from spinning so I can get it tight? Yes I have the v slots lined up on the bolt heads.

Thank you for your purchase of the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck # BWGNRK1012, and if the V-slots are lined up on the bolt head and it is still spinning, the only thing I can think of is that the tabs have been pushed down a bit. If so, try raising them up with something like a screwdriver which should help keep the bolt from spinning.
