There are numerous options for tire chains for the 2014 Buick Enclave with 255/60-19 tires. I have included a link to the right with all the options for you. Be sure to consult the vehicle owners manual first for any specific requirements or recommendations on the use of chains on your vehicle.
Out of the options, if you will not be using chains very often I recommend cables # PW2028C that you referenced. Cables are great for infrequent use. You will also want some rubber adjusters # PW99 to help keep the cables in place.
If you live in a place that requires chains by law or anticipate needing to use chains frequently then I recommend going with a higher quality chain that is going to last a long time, # PWE2228SC. These chains have square links for maximum traction and they are reversible. If one side wears down, flip them over and it will be like a new set of chains. They also include cam tighteners to make installation easier. These chains are not Class-S rated so if the owners manual states you have to use Class-S these chains will not fit.
