Question:

What underbed 5th wheel mount system do you recommend for my 2018 Ram 3500 crew cab with long bed? Ive never had a fifth wheel hitch so my fear is the in bed rails will drive me nuts and am considering underbed rails. I want to be able to slide things in my bed etc when I want to.

For your 2018 Ram 3500 Crew Cab with Long Bed I recommend the B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVK3500-5W. This 5th wheel hitch is sourced and made in the USA and will install using the Custom Underbed Installation Kit for B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # BWGNRK1314-5W.

This system will allow you to use the Companion # BWRVK3500-5W 5th wheel hitch, a gooseneck hitch or have full access to your truck bed when the hitches are removed. This will allow you to slide things in your bed when you want/need to like you are wanting.

You can also add the Draw-Tite 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Wiring Harness # 20110 to make hooking up your 5th wheels wiring easier. This harness will move a 7-way into the bed of your truck while retaining the use of the 7-way at the rear of your truck.
