Question:
Thank you for the quick response and additional information. I have Ride Rite Air Bags on my truck which is a 2001 F-350 Extended Cab, 4X4, 8ft bed. I took some photos to help assess if air bag brackets are compatible with the BWRVK3500-5W hitch along with the BWGNRK1108-5W under bed turnover ball rail system. If they are not, what would you recommend doing? Thank you again for your assistance.

The Custom Underbed Installation Kit for B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # BWGNRK1108-5W is a great gooseneck system and is also a really nice combination with the B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVK3500-5W on your 2001 Ford F-350.
For this installation, you will need to slightly lower the exhaust and remove the heat shield as you mentioned. You will reinstall the heat shield so there won't be any issues with heat transfer. I double checked this with the manufacturer.
Because you have air spring brackets that install in the same location, you will need to decide which you prefer because they cannot utilize the same mount location. If you let me know what air spring system you have I can see if it is compatible with an in bed hitch or not as some are not compatible where there are others that are. There may be a different bracket mount needed for compatibility.
Since you already have the 7-way in the bed, the only other thing to consider is a lube plate like # RP83002 for greaseless connection and reduced friction when turning.
