I am looking to see if this equalizer pole tongue adapter kit is universal and work on my sway bars I loaded a picture of?

Since you are using a weight distribution system like the Curt MV Weight Distribution System # C17052 you will need a Reese Pole-Tongue Adapter # RP58393 that is designed for use with the chain style hangers. This has the structure to support the hanger.
The Pole-Tongue Adapter for Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution Systems # EQ95-01-5950 is only compatible with Equal-i-zer and Fastway systems as they have the bolts for the sway bar brackets.
