Is There A TPMS Sensor That Can Connect To The GM Trailer Package TPMS Sensor System

Question:

I have a 2022 Chevrolet 2500HD with the advanced trailering package which has the TPMS included. I am pulling a 5th wheel rv with G rated tires and 110psi. Im trying to find the trailer tire sensors that will work with my vehicles TPMS. Do you have these sensors available. I have read alot of confusing information about the valve stem size being incorrect for a 5th wheel on the sensors that GM supplies. Please advise. Thank you.

All of the TPMS sensors we carry are closed systems so they wouldn't be compatible with the GM sensors you have, you would need to get these from GM directly. I also can't speak to the fitment of GM's sensors with the stems on a 5th wheel trailer.

I can however recommend the TireMinder Smart TPMS for RVs # TPMS-APP-6, which has 6 sensors and uses an app on your smartphone or tablet to monitor your tire pressure and temperature. They have a pressure range of 0 psi - 232 psi and will alert you in the event of a blowout, significant pressure change, or a tire temperature exceeding 167 degrees.
