will this kit fit on a 2009 tahoe police version or is there a different kit i can use.

I do have an option for you, but the Air Lift 1000 Air Helper Springs for Coil Springs - Rear # AL60769 you were looking at do not fit the Police Edition of the 2009 Chevrolet Tahoe.
For your 2009 Chevrolet Tahoe Police Edition you would need to use the Firestone Coil-Rite Air Helper Springs # F4147 which are designed for use with the Police Edition.
