Should the sway control bar be lubricated The bar that connects on the two little balls that has the on and off handle thank you

If you are talking about the Curt Friction Sway Control System # 17200, you should not use lubrication. Using any lubrication on the bar can cause the sway control to be ineffective. If you are hearing noise from the # 17200, this is very typical of this system and is normal for the system to be working correctly.
