I am sorry but there are no replacement control panels or remotes available for the Fantastic Vent Model 5250. That model of vent is obsolete and they aren't making replacement parts specifically for it anymore. You can either try to source the parts through used vendors or you can replace your fan with the MaxxFan Plus Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan, Thermostat, and Remote - Powered Lift - 10 Speed - Smoke item # MA00-04500K.
