Question:

does this hold mountain bikes? Also, does it fit 2011 toyota corolla or 2016 Nissan rogue? Can you suggest a 3 bike carrier for mountain bikes? I dont have a hitch. thank you

While the Saris Bones 3 # SA801BL is compatible with mountain bikes, it is only compatible with your 2011 Toyota Corolla. It unfortunately does not fit a 2016 Nissan Rogue. While the Saris Bones 3 is an amazing choice for your Toyota Carolla, we do not have any 3-bike trunk mounted options to transport bikes on your Rogue.

The Bones 3 is a great choice because it comes with individually-adjustable arms to provide you the perfect fitment on the contours of your vehicle. You also receive the benefit of having anti-sway cradles for more support of your bikes during transport. As far as weight capacity, it comes with a 35-pound per-bike maximum. For locks for protecting both the rack and the bikes, I suggest the passive security strap # TH533 along with the etrailer cable lock # e98891.

If you happen to have women's bikes, children's bikes, or step-thru bike frames, you need a bike frame adapter bar # 64005 for each of those bike styles. This bar provides your frames with a straight, horizontal plane to connect to the arms of the Bones 3.
