Question:

I have an old Uhaul trailer that needs the 6 lug rims and tires replaced. What is a replacement tire for a 6.70-14LT?

So there are no 14 inch trailer wheels with a 6 lug bolt pattern, the smallest wheel for that is a 15 inch wheel (this is assuming you have a 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern). So you'd have to move to a 15 inch wheel, and the smallest tire that will work for that is a 205/75-15 tire, which measures 7.6" wide and 26.7" diameter.

If you have the space for that (it is recommended to have 3" of clearance from the top of the tire to your fender and at least 1" of clearance between the inside of the tire and your trailer's frame rail), you can use the following:
