Distance From Pin Hole To Back of Upright on Blue Ox 10" High-Low Adapter

Question:
What is the distance from the pin hole to the vertical riser? I need 6” of clearance to get past the bumper. Also I want to secure a 40 lb bike carrier to carry a 35 lb bike 75 lbs total so am I correct that this will work as that’s well within the 500 lb tongue rating? Thank you

In regards to the Blue Ox High-Low Adapter for Tow Bars part # BX88132, the distance from the center of the hitch pin to the back of the upright is 7-3/4".
