It looks correct for my trailer but I wanted to confirm that this lift kit is the correct one. See pictures I attached for axle PN.

Since we know that the Dexter Torflex 2,200 lb axles are the number 10 Torflex axles the correct tandem axle lift kit you'd need is the # K71-707-02 that you referenced so this would be the kit you need.
