Yes, the Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Bed Ladder Rack item # Y01151-58 does include a lock set to secure the ladder rack to the bed of your 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LTD.
The SKS cores can also be swapped out to make all your Yakima products keyed alike. We have a four pack item # Y07204 and a six pack item # Y07206.
