Do you sell just the bolts for the part that holds the upright arm in the plate? I would attach a picture if I could.

I believe I know what you are talking about. The Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Bed Ladder Rack Uprights # Y01151 comes with (2) Locking Bases # Y36AV and (2) Non-Locking Bases # Y56AV.

We do have the Replacement Lock Post Hardware # Y29AV available for the locking bases, which I verified through the manufacturer can be used on the non-locking side as well. We do not have the non-locking bolt available outside of the Non-Locking Base # Y56AV.
