2016 ram crew 4wd. Do you know if most people use the spacer on this install?

When we installed the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs # SSR-307-47 on a 2013 Ram 1500 we did not use the included spacer. There are really 2 factors that are going to come into play when deciding if you will need the spacer on your 2016 Ram 1500. The first is how much your factory suspension is already begun to sag. Over time the springs will loose their tension and you will not sit as high as if you had brand new springs installed. The second factor is how much additional weight you carry at all times. If you only want the Sumosprings for occasional loads the spacers not being used will allow you to retain more of your factory ride quality. If you carry a large heavy tool box or additional gear more often, you will likely prefer the additional stability and sag reduction that the springs offer you.
